Quality requirements:

1, Stay thimble should be smooth and flat, there should be no damage to the wire rope cracks, defects, sharp edges and surface rough unequal defects. The tip of the core ring should be freely fitted, and the tip should be cut to half the depth of the groove.
2, Stay thimble surface should be hot dip galvanized, and the surface should be smooth and flat, there should be no leakage plating, zinc particles, bubbles, cracks and other defects, galvanized layer in normal application, there should be enough adhesion strength.
3, Stay thimble material can be selected A3 steel or 15, 35 high-quality carbon steel.
4, Stay thimble safety load should not be less than 32% of the minimum breaking force of the wire rope.
5, when used, the Stay thimble selection should be consistent with the specifications of the wire rope , the diameter of the shaft pin used should not be less than twice the diameter of the wire rope.
