Miniature circuit breaker is mainly used for protection against overload and short circuit under the AC 50Hz/60Hz, reted voltage 230V/400V and rated current from 1A to 63A/125A. It also can be used for non-frequent on-and-off switch operation under normal circumstance.

Product Advantages
1) The combination of circuit breaker and circuit breaker should consider the instantaneous trip value of the upper circuit breaker, which should be greater than the maximum expected short circuit current at the lower circuit breaker outlet. If the impedance value of the circuit element is small when the circuit breaker is short circuited at the two stage circuit breaker, the short circuit current value is not much different, then the upper circuit breaker can choose the trip device with short delay.- 2) When the short-circuit circuit breaker is greater than or equal to the setting value of its instantaneous trip device, it will trip within a few milliseconds, so the lower protection electrical appliances should not use the circuit breaker to achieve selective protection requirements.
- 3) With a short delay circuit breaker, when its time limit is set at the maximum delay, its on-off capacity decreases, therefore, in the selective protection circuit, consider the selection of the circuit breaker short delay on-off capacity should meet the requirements.
- 4) It should also be considered that the short-circuit delay returnable characteristic of the upper circuit breaker and the action characteristic time curve of the lower circuit breaker should not intersect, and the short delay characteristic curve and the instantaneous characteristic curve should not intersect.
- 5) When the circuit breaker is used with the fuse, the coordination of the upper and lower levels should be considered, and the ampere-second characteristic curve of the circuit breaker should be compared with the ampere-second characteristic curve of the fuse, so that it has protection selectivity in the case of short circuit current.
- 6) When the circuit breaker is used as the protection of the distribution line, it is appropriate to choose the circuit breaker with a long delay action over current trip. When the single-phase grounding short circuit occurs at the end of the line, the short circuit current is not less than 1.5 times the setting current of the circuit breaker instantaneous or short delay over current trip.
